We are excited to host you and hope you enjoy the home as much as we do. 

The address is 338 N. Penn Ave., Oberlin, KS 66749

We use electronic locks on the home and ask that you please lock the home each time you leave the property. 

Please let us know if anything is damaged or broken, or if the cleaning is not to your approval, upon your arrival so we can get it taken care of right away. We are not local and rely on your feedback to let us know if anything is not in line with expectations. 

There are 3 bedrooms that can each sleep 2 adults. Each bedroom also has a tv, a nightstand(s) with lamp(s), and a closet. Each closet has shelving and hangers. The remotes for the TV's should be located in the remote holders attached to the walls. 

The front room has a full-sized bed, the middle bedroom has two twin beds, and the main bedroom has a king size bed. The couch in the living room is a pullout queen and the bedding is located in the linen closet in the main bedroom. 

We have children and try to provide a safe space for other children. We offer a pack n play, baby monitor, noise machine, baby bath, and portable highchair. There is a also a changing table located in one of the bedroom closets. The main bedroom has a twin bunk bed that is NOT listed because there are meant for children use. If you have children under 12 or under 120 pounds, please feel free to use them. There is also a playset in the private yard. These items are use at your own risk. 

By staying at this location, you agree that Off the Red Brick Road LLC. is not responsible for any injuries sustained when using the pack n play, highchair, baby bath, bunk beds, the play set or anything else.

The office space provides a desk, chair, two monitors, keyboard, mouse, and docking station that is a usb c or USB plug in. 

There is a gas grill on the covered porch. The grilling tools are near the other kitchen tools in the kitchen drawers. We offer a propane tank, but you may need to get it filled. We do not guarantee a full tank. We hope you enjoy the outdoor furniture as well as the fire pit. It is also propane. 

Shop at the local grocery store Raye's and cook at home or enjoy one of the two local restaurants: La Bamba or the Re-Load. The liquor store is also nearby. Everything is within walking distance!

There is a thermostat in the living room that you may control yourself.

Check out Instructions: 

 - You can leave the towels in the bathrooms and the bedding on the beds.
- If you used the pull-out couch, please leave it out so we know to change the bedding.
- Please clean your dishes. Load the dishwasher and start it. The dishwasher pods are in a canister on the counter, and you have to push the start button twice.
- Don’t forget to empty the fridge and cupboards of your food items that you brought.
- Please take out the trash to the bin by the garage.
- If you have uncovered the outdoor furniture or grill, we ask that you please cover it back up.
- If the children played with toys, please put them back in the bins for the next children.
- and just like your own home, please turn off the lights and lock the door. 

If you are staying longer than a week and want the trash removed, trash day is Monday, and the street trash cans are located next to the garage. 

If you are visiting Memorial Day thru Labor Day, check out the Oberlin Pool to cool off!

Smokers: Please do not smoke in the house or you will be subjected to a $1,000 cleaning fee. Please also do not smoke on the covered porch where the outdoor furniture can absorb the smell. You can stand out on the sidewalk or near the garage. 

Anything identified as needing excessive cleaning ie pet fur, pet odors, and large stains will be charged an appropriate additional fee.
